The easiest way to collect your fonts for submission is to use a collect feature which you can read about here. However, if you’re using a program without a collect feature like Microsoft Word, you’ll need to send us the fonts if you want to make sure it gets used in your document.

PC:

  • Find the name of your font
  • Then Right-Click on Your Start Button
  • Click Explore on the menu
  • It’ll open Windows Explorer
  • On the Menu on the Left Side, look for your local hard drive typically called “C:” but yours might be different.
  • Navigate to and double click on the “WINDOWS” folder in the Right Pane of the Menu
  • It may give you a warning message. If so, click Display Files
  • Find the Fonts folder and double click on it
  • Copy the file by either right clicking and choosing Copyfrom the menu or by selecting the file and holding down the ctrl key and then pressing the c key for “copy”
  • Navigate into the folder or disk you’re bringing us your files in
  • Paste the file by either right clicking inside the folder and choosing Paste from the menu or holding down the ctrl key and then pressing the v key for “paste”

Mac:

  • On your desktop menu bar at the top of the screen choose Go > Computer from the Menu
  • From the Menu on the Left Side of the Window. Choose the item with the House icon with the user’s name beside it
  • Double Click the Library Folder on the Right Side of the Window
  • Double Click on the Fonts Folder
  • Copy the file by either right clicking and choosing Copy from the menu or by selecting the file and holding down the ctrl key and then pressing the c key for “copy”
  • Navigate into the folder or disk your bringing us your files in
    Paste the file by either right clicking inside the folder and choosing Paste from the menu or holding down the ctrl key and then pressing the v key for “paste”

You’ll want to note to your salesperson that you’ve included the fonts you’d like in your folder. Also, giving us a hard copy of your document printed off your printer will help us ensure it looks the way it’s supposed to when we work on it.
