Consultation and Placing Your Order

Place Your Order Call us at 1-888-226-5533, e-mail us at, or walk-in during business hours. You’ll speak to one of our sales representatives and tell them about your project. They’ll help decide the best methods of printing that fit your needs and budget and provide you with a customized quote.You can submit any material you’d like for the project at this time – you can give us written or typed notes, photos or images to scan, or digital files loaded on a disk, CD, or flash drive. If you’ve designed the project yourself, you can provide your original file and a hard copy you’ve printed for us to follow.

Approving Your Design

Submit Your Files Your order moves to our graphics department and the approval process begins.Your designer will create your design and then print a mock-up version called a “proof”.You can review the proof using the method you choose:

  • A color proof you can view in person at the shop
  • By e-mail via a pdf attachment
  • A faxed version of your proof. Please note, color and image details will not be retained by fax.

You can request changes or corrections and the designer will go back to work and create a new proof for you. Keep in mind that if you request any changes and need to send new material (pictures to be scanned or replacement files), your order will be delayed by at least one business day.

Once your order appears correct and completely to your satisfaction, you submit your final approval.


Okay for Production We then push your order forward into the press room where we actually print your document.We then apply the binding and finishing (adding mailing labels, stapling, adding UV coating, etc.) and prepare your product for delivery.

Pick-Up or Delivery

Pick-Up or Delivery Pick-UpYou may request to pick-up your products upon the completion of your order. Please have the name of client at time of pick-up. Pick-up times are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST.Delivery
Action Printing ships via UPS usually the same day or next business day after the printing has been completed entirely. You can calculate the cost and time for your shipment using the UPS’s official calculator at their website.
